Maureen’s background is deeply rooted in the agricultural sector. She has spent 15 years working alongside farmers and business owners, helping them navigate the unique, and often overwhelming, challenges of running a small business.

At Blackbird, our expertise doesn’t stop at the fence line; we’ve found that whether you’re managing a herd or a retail shop, the goal is the same: make smart, data-driven decisions that actually move the needle. We bring the same collaborative spirit and problem-solving to every client we serve, no matter the industry. Maureen has degrees in Economics and Finance, is a Certified Farm Succession Coordinator, and holds a certificate in Strategic Marketing.
