We build the plan together based on your goals before you get into the legal paperwork. Maureen is a Certified Farm Succession Coordinator with the International Farm Transition Network (IFTN).

Based on the business financials, business and personal goals, we work together to design a strategy to achieve those goals while setting up the incoming owners for success.
Finalize the Framework
We work with tax and legal experts to translate the transition plan into a binding legal structure.
